Penjor Festival 2025 Concludes Successfully with Widespread Appreciation

BALI  – The Penjor Festival 2025 at Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK) Cultural Park has concluded with great success, earning widespread appreciation from participants and visitors alike. Over the course of a vibrant week-long celebration, the festival showcased the beauty and depth of Balinese culture through exhibitions, competitions, and artistic performances inspired by the Penjor, a symbol of balance and prosperity.

The festival’s grand finale, held from October 31 to November 1, drew enthusiastic crowds of locals and tourists. Highlights included the Barong Dance Competition, Mekendang Tunggal, Balaganjur Parade, Mini Ogoh-Ogoh Exhibition, as well as a Mass Performance by Sanggar Saba Sari and a special appearance by Balinese musician Bagus Wirata.

The event was also attended by Ni Luh Ayu Rai Sarisarmini, Head of Marketing at the Badung Tourism Office, and Dr. I Gede Arta, A.P., S.H., M.Si., Head of Kuta Selatan Subdistrict, representing the Regent of Badung — reflecting the strong support of the Badung Regency Government for the preservation of Balinese culture.

Ch. Rossie Andriani, Director of Operations at GWK Cultural Park, expressed heartfelt gratitude to all contributors who made the event a success.
