SANUR – Red Dragonfly Artisan Corner has officially launched its latest art exhibition, “Us”, featuring the works of seven talented women artists: Wike, Novi, Lily, Reski, Ina, Nadya, and Gaby. The exhibition opened on 16 November 2025 at 5:00 PM WITA at ARTSPACE, ARTOTEL Sanur, and will run through 25 February 2026.
“Us” presents a collection of artworks born from the journey of a women-led art community that began in late 2022. Sparked by a simple Facebook post in the Sanur Community group—an open invitation to gather for an informal art meet-up at a local café—the initiative evolved into a creative space that brought together women of various backgrounds.
What began as casual meetings soon developed into a supportive and inspiring environment where participants could express themselves freely through art. From this small beginning emerged Red Dragonfly Artisan Corner in 2023—a collaborative space that has since become a home for women artists to share stories and showcase their personal journeys through creative expression.
According to the curator, the “Us” exhibition is not merely a display of visual works but a celebration of empowerment, authenticity, and the deep sense of sisterhood that binds the community. “This is us. Imperfect. Unpolished. Yet honest, bold, and wholehearted. This exhibition is a celebration of womanhood, creativity, and the courage to show up—for ourselves and for each other,” a representative of the collective shared.
Through this exhibition, visitors are invited to explore artworks that reflect inner journeys, lived experiences, and the unrestrained creative spirit of the artists. The pieces on display showcase diverse styles and perspectives, yet all remain connected by a shared underlying theme: the voices of women expressing their truth.
The “Us” exhibition is open to the public at ARTOTEL Sanur for three full months, from 16 November 2025 to 25 February 2026. Guests are encouraged to experience the artworks, which offer not only visual beauty but meaningful narratives that enrich Bali’s dynamic art scene.***
