SEGARAN Dining Terrace’s new offerings are a highlight of Chef Alessio Nallino’s culinary vision as the new
Executive Chef of Jumeirah Bali. Starting his role on 18 March 2024, Chef Nallino brings a fresh perspective
to the resort’s culinary outlets, including Akasa Restaurant and Bar, renowned for its grilled delicacies; Maja
Sunset Lounge, celebrated for its afternoon tea specials; and the banqueting operations. His culinary
journey, which spans his native Italy, Switzerland, Australia, and Vietnam, including a tenure at a
