BALI, THE IMAGE – Denpasar Class I Immigration Office finally picked up a Russian citizen named Arseniy Trofimov (AT) from Class II B Bangli Bali, Saturday night (20/2/2021).
Head of the Regional Office for Law and Human Rights of Bali Province, Jamaruli Manihuruk, said that the Russian citizen AT was picked up by the Denpasar Immigration Office, because he was declared free after serving a prison sentence of approximately one year due to the legal case he made.
“AT was picked up by the Intelligence and Immigration Action Section of the TPI Denpasar Class I Immigration Office. AT was picked up from the Class II B Bangli State Detention Center,” Manihuruk said, Sunday morning (21/2/2021).
There is information on AT data, namely born in Russia June 26, 1997. AT is a passport holder number 718655033. As a result of taking action and actions against the law, AT must serve a sentence or a prison term of 1 year in Class II B Bangli State Detention Center based on the Denpasar District Court Decision Number 423 / Pid.Sus / 2020 / PNDps was found guilty of violating Article 127 Paragraph (1) of Law Number 35 Year 2009.
Based on Free Certificate Number: W20.EB- PK.01.01.02-288 dated February 20, 2021, AT Foreign Citizens of Russian nationality was declared officially free on February 20, 2021 and then handed over from the Bangli Class IIB State Prison to the TPI Denpasar Class I Immigration Office.
After being handed over to the officers of the Intelligence and Immigration Action Section of the Class I Immigration Office of Denpasar TPI, then the person concerned was taken to the TPI Denpasar Class I Immigration Office for detention to await the deportation process to his home country.
“During the pick-up process, all officers or teams continue to put forward health protocols. Currently, while waiting for the deportation process, AT is detained at the Denpasar Immigration Office,” he said.***
