From Separation to Strength: A Woman’s Journey of Resilience

Spread the love

NETTA’S life story is not only about business and the struggle of building an empire—it is also about love, sacrifice, and the unyielding strength of a woman. Her journey of love began when she married an Indian man on November 6, 2004. Not long after, Netta conceived their first child.

Life in Bali in the early years of marriage was far from easy. Her husband did not speak Bahasa Indonesia, was unfamiliar with the business world, and knew little about Balinese customs and culture. Language barriers often led to misunderstandings.

Yet Netta did not falter. Amid all the challenges, she and her husband at the time founded their first restaurant, Queen’s Tandoor, on December 12, 2004. The culinary venture flourished, eventually expanding into four restaurants.

But after more than 21 years of marriage, the storm of separation became inevitable. For Netta, however, it was not the end—it was a turning point. “I don’t feel like I lost anything when we separated. The one who lost is him,” she said firmly.

In less than five months, Netta was back on her feet, reorganizing her plans and moving toward the future with confidence. Though she admits to a sense of regret because of her children, she has accepted everything that happened in her marriage. “My name still carries weight, so people still trust me, accept me, and ask for my help,” she added.

Despite the pain of betrayal, Netta refused to let bitterness change her nature. “The greatest lesson is this: even when hurt, I cannot stop helping others. Whoever comes to me for help, I will always extend my hand,” she revealed.

For Netta, every painful experience is a valuable lesson. She continues to share her knowledge generously, even offering guidance to restaurants seeking to grow. “Sometimes I think of stopping, but I just can’t. Maybe that’s my gift—I still want to be useful for others,” she said with meaning.

Netta’s story reflects that love, separation, and even heartbreak can become powerful energy for growth. From those trials emerged a resilient woman who continues to create—not only for herself but also for the people around her. **
