BALI — Following a thorough review by the Special Committee on Spatial Planning, Assets, and Licensing (Pansus TRAP) of the Bali Provincial Parliament together with the Bali Provincial Public Order Agency (Satpol PP), Nuanu Creative City has officially received full clarity regarding the status of its permits. The comprehensive inspection coordinated by Satpol PP Bali confirmed that all permits submitted by Nuanu are complete and fully compliant with applicable regulations, including the administrative and operational permits for Luna Beach Club.

Earlier, the Pansus TRAP team and Satpol PP had requested Nuanu to present all licensing documents as part of a formal verification process. After on-site inspections, Satpol PP Bali conducted a series of follow-up examinations and cross-checks with relevant agencies. Throughout this process, Nuanu submitted all required documents, meeting every aspect under review.

Dewa Rai Darmadi, Head of Bali Provincial Satpol PP, stated that Nuanu Creative City operates in full compliance with Bali’s and Indonesia’s legal and spatial-planning regulations. This confirmation was delivered directly to Nuanu’s representative, Senior Legal Officer Gede Wahyu Hariyanto, at the Satpol PP Bali Office.

“After conducting a joint inspection and involving all relevant stakeholders, including Tabanan regional agencies, we can confirm that Nuanu Creative City fully complies with all applicable regulations,” said Dewa Darmadi. He added that Nuanu had successfully demonstrated all required permits. “More importantly, Nuanu stands as a model of how investment in Bali can be both legal and visionary—protecting culture, preserving nature, and delivering real value to the community. This is the kind of development we hope to see grow in the future.”
